Successful teams are the foundation of successful companies.

Stephanie Hester employs several techniques to strengthen teams, thereby increasing communication, cohesiveness, and productivity.  This results in a strong foundation for corporate success.

Workshops include:

Team Building– While workshops vary based on the need of the client, they always include valuable training on topics such as understanding different behavioral styles, communication techniques, identifying and appreciating the value of other team members, effective sales techniques, and general communication blunders.  Stephanie’s workshops also include team building activities and improv games designed to solidify cohesiveness as participants interact and “get moving.”

Management Tools – Strong teams need strong managers who understand the dynamics of the individuals who make up their teams.  Based on assessment-generated reports and personal experience, managers are given the opportunity to understand their team members’ motivational needs and wants, value to the organization, areas of success and areas of improvement.  Managers are also encouraged to work with their team members on Personal and Professional Development Plans.

▪  Mini Workshops– As teams grow and additional members are added, the Stephanie provides Mini Workshops to get new employees “up to speed” on behavioral style interpretation, communication skills training and other areas covered in the Team Building Workshops.

Train the Trainer– These workshops are designed for Executives and Managers who want to learn the intricacies of assessment tools and how to interpret and apply them to their teams.

On-going Consulting – Stephanie believes in partnering with each client to further their success.  As such, on-going consulting services are provided for individual training, Q & A, and follow-up sessions.
